Set over three levels with four bedrooms on the ground floor, living and entertaining on the middle floor and the master suite complete with an office and ensuite on the top level, this home maximises expansive ocean views.

The use of commercial windows and doors throughout provided floor to ceiling openings to outside entertaining areas and an easy feel to indoor / outdoor living.

The home won the prestigious H.I.A Custom Home Of The Year under $1m for the Hunter Central Coast region for 2006.
