Sitting on absolute beach front at Avoca Beach this home is predominantly a family retreat.

With a design brief of capitalising the site with a functional “beach feel’ home there were strict constraints on view corridors for the neighbouring properties and maximum height limitations.

The resulting design provides spacious family living areas to the ground floor with a generous flow to the front of the property and the beach. The expansive master suite on the top level creates greater views for neighbouring properties than were previously available.

The tiled floors and quality finishes complement the homes' feel with structural steel and suspended concrete providing the main structure.

The home was a finalist in the H.I.A. Hunter Central Coast Custom Home of the year for 2007.
