This blue chip Avoca site had been held in the family for decades. Our clients wanted to create the perfect beach house for extended family, and maximise the potential views and create a home in keeping with the relaxed feel of the area.

We worked with Max Thitchener on budgeting through the design stage and closely with our clients to personalise their choice of finishes throughout.

The home comprises large open living areas with plenty of room for friends and family to enjoy the Avoca Lifestyle.
