This award winning five level home was constructed in a little over twelve months on an extremely difficult site where access and the regular holiday season crowds were a major part of the planning.

With expansive outdoor areas and views over Avoca Beach from four of the five levels the home boasts quality finishes throughout and incorporates a four stop lift from levels two to five.

Mitchell Constructions had an extremely close working relationship with the structural engineers on this project which is keyed into the underlying rock strata over each level at depths of up to six meters with retaining around the lift shaft to a similar height.

Employing over one hundred people on site during the course of construction the home was completed on time and budget and won the prestigious Housing Industry Association “Home Of The Year” for the Hunter Region and was one of six finalists in the national awards in 2010.
